Winter Solstice Seasonal Attunement

Service Description

Take this 2 hour seasonal offering by itself or as a part of the 4 season series. Each seasonal offering is held around peak natural and astrological transitions celebrated globally by ancestral cultures. The offering is designed as an intentional reflective community space to build on personal practices of meditation, intention setting, and increased resonance with our intrinsic relationship to our natural environment. Develop, reconnect and/or deepen your sense of attunement with your inner intuition. Connect and gain wisdom from the patterns and cycles within you and around you. By co-regulating with others, and finding resonance with global cycles, we begin to heal ancestral wounds. Join our circle as we support one another in reconnecting to core soul wisdom and joyfully access a sense of connection and attunement deeply rooted beyond the busy societal day to day distractions.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes and private instruction. All educational series registration fees cover reserved participant slots for the complete series. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
