Rooted Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to schedule an appointment within the next 24 hours please contact your therapist directly by sending a portal message, or email.
 

Rooted Therapy Sessions are considered

'Out of Network Outpatient Psychotherapy.'

Call the number listed on your insurance card for information. Itemized 'superbills' are auto- generated in the portal on the first day of the month for the pior month's services.

 

HSA/FSA cards can be used for any therapy session.
