Service Description
This 6 session psychotherapy group is led by Noah Granade, LCSW. Embodying Safety Level 2 expands on the principles and practical skills learned in level 1, deepening our capacity for embodied experiences in relationships with others. Participants will practice integration of personal and relational needs simultaneously through interactive activities and reflective processing with other group members. Embodying Safety was designed for adults (18+) with chronic nervous system dysregulation, complex trauma experiences, neuro-diversity, and/or experiences of systemic oppression who are seeking resilience-building and authentic connection to self and others. This is a closed group offering in which the registration secures your slot. Total fee for the full group commitment is split into equal weekly payments of $60 for your convenience. This group is eligible for Charlotte Trans Health PATH Program enrollees. Participants must have completed the Embodying Safety Foundations Group.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes and private instruction. All educational series registration fees cover reserved participant slots for the complete series. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
