Service Description

These offerings are intentionally designed for personal practice connecting to intuition within affirming grounded interpersonal spaces. We will gently engage sensory systems, optimal brainwave states and leverage interpersonal neurobiology to help deeply root a sense of safety, connection and grounding. Seasonal plants and a communal sand tray are a shared anchor to increase resonance with our intrinsic relationship with nature and community. Gentle intentional movement and restorative posture land us in intuitive meditation to deeply settle in with ourselves. Discovering what we want to grow, harvest, and manifest each season and life cycle. From this co-created energetic space we explore interaction of archetypes and enjoy the support in deepening personal intuition. By co-regulating and finding resonance with global cycles, we find ourselves unwinding ancestral wounds. We gain wisdom from the patterns and cycles within us and around us in a deeper way. Winter marks the beginning of annual cycles in many ancient cultures. Plants refocus energy on transmutation of decay and nourishing the root. A time to draw energy inward in reflection. Grieving and honoring things that were. Concentrating energy on manifesting for the spring. A great time for annual reflection and integration! Take this 2 hour seasonal offering by itself or as a part of the 4 season series. Each seasonal offering is held around peak natural and astrological transitions celebrated globally by diverse ancient cultures. Like all services at Rooted Therapy, our offerings are trauma informed and designed with the neurodivergence and gender diversity of our clients in mind.
