Led by Sav Lese, LMFTA, RYT-200 Packages available including Try 3 for $33 This practice focuses on the yoking of breath and gentle movement, vinyasa. Yang practices are meant to ground the body with conscious breath and movement, bringing balance to our physical, emotional and energetic bodies. The meditative space also allows for mind-body integration and individualized attention for trauma accommodations and adjustments. This practice helps us embody mindfulness and increase our ability to track and regulate our nervous systems. Yang energy activates and warms to pull us out of dorsal vagal. Though this class is not designed as a clinical service, our trauma informed and affirming practice is designed as a semi-private safe space. Neurodiversity, gender diversity, and those that may need to individualize their practice to manage trauma symptoms are invited to partner in identifying adjustments and use of comfort/regulation items.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes and private instruction. All educational series registration fees cover reserved participant slots for the complete series. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
