Private session focused on addressing your unique mind-body-biofield considerations. Trauma and neuro-diverse friendly approach to building a relationship to embodiment. Explore modifications, develop personal sequences and integrate the use of breathwork, meditation and polyvagal engagement to ground and regulate your nervous system.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for yoga classes and private instruction. All educational series registration fees cover reserved participant slots for the complete series. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
